Account and data deletion

1. In the app

1. Open Petek Aile and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Read what will be deleted and what stays with the school.
4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered phone.
5. Tap Delete my account permanently.

Your account closes at once and your sessions on this and other phones end. This cannot be undone. Before deleting you can request a copy of your account data under Profile › Download my data.

2. If you cannot open the app

If you lost your phone, changed your number or removed the app, use the contact form or write to ⟨being updated⟩ with your registered phone number and name. If you can still receive SMS on the registered number we verify you with a code; otherwise we may ask for extra information to confirm your identity and do not keep it after the check. We complete your request within 30 days and tell you.

3. What is deleted

Data for which Onore is the controller:

• Your Petek Aile account: phone number, recovery e-mail, name and language.
• Your sessions and push tokens on all devices.
• Your verification code records.
• Your account's links to your schools (each school records the removal in its own audit log).

This data is removed from backups automatically within 30 days. Where security or audit logs keep your account's identifier, those logs are deleted after 1 year(s) and are never used to recreate your account.

4. What stays with your school

Records your school controls are not deleted with your account; the school may keep them under its legal duties and retention rules:

• Your child's school record, attendance and day reports.
• Your guardian record (name, phone) and the people who may collect your child.
• Payments, receipts and invoices.
• Your messages with the school, your form and permission answers and the history of your consents.

To have these deleted or corrected, contact your school. The school deletes or anonymises what the law does not require it to keep (for example invoice records are kept under tax law). Photos the school shared stay with the school for the period it sets; if you withdraw photo consent they are no longer shown to you or other parents.
