Incident and accident reports
When something happens at school, clear and on record.
If your child falls, gets hurt or feels unwell at school, the school writes an incident report. You are told once a manager has approved it: what kind of incident, when and where, with the explanation the school wrote for you. You sign in the app with your name that you have read it; after your signature the kind, time and place can no longer change.
What it does
- Kind, time and place of the incident
- A notice to you after a manager's approval
- "I have read it and been informed" signature, with your name
- A record that cannot change after your signature
- Details of other children involved are never shown to you
