Privacy policy
The Petek Aile app's privacy policy for the App Store and Google Play. The detailed notice under Turkish data protection law is the privacy notice.

In short
- Petek Aile is the app your child's school opens to parents, and it is free for parents.
- No ads, no tracking, no data sales. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK and does not ask for or read the advertising identifier.
- Data about children belongs to your school; Onore processes it only on the school's behalf.
- You can delete your account inside the app.
Who is responsible
Your school for your child's records, photos, messages, forms and payment records; Onore (⟨being updated⟩, ⟨being updated⟩, ⟨being updated⟩) for your account, sessions, notification tokens, security logs and support requests. Details are in the privacy notice.

The app asks for notifications (optional), the camera and photo picker (only when you choose to send a photo; your library is never read as a whole) and Face ID or Touch ID (on your device only; we never receive biometric data). It does not ask for location.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data or use it for ads. Data goes only to service providers acting for Onore and your school on instructions: hosting (Vercel, Hetzner), file storage (Cloudflare), SMS (Netgsm), push (Expo, Apple, Google), e-mail (⟨being updated⟩) and your school's payment institution and e-invoice integrator. They must give the same or equal protection as this policy. Lawful requests from authorities are reserved. Transfers abroad follow Article 9 of Law No. 6698 with the standard contract announced by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Children
Petek Aile is made for parents and is not designed for use by children. Information about your child comes from your school; photos and health data are processed only with your consent.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is open. Delete your account in the app under Profile › Delete my account; if you cannot open the app, use the account and data deletion page. Your account, sessions, device tokens and school links are deleted and removed from backups within 30 days. Records your school keeps (attendance, payments and invoices and similar) stay with the school under its retention rules and the law; ask your school to delete them.
Security
All connections are encrypted (TLS). Session keys are stored only as hashes, verification codes are never stored, and each school's data is kept apart from other schools. In a data breach we inform the Personal Data Protection Board and affected people as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (access, correction, deletion, objection and others). You can withdraw consents in the app at any time. How to apply is in the privacy notice.

Changes
